Questions school owners ask
Do parents need to install an app?
No. The parent portal opens in any phone browser. Families sign in with their family number and password, or scan a QR card from school.
Does it work in Urdu?
Yes. School names, classes, subjects, notices and the portal support Urdu (Nastaliq) alongside English.
Which textbooks are supported?
The master catalog already maps Punjab Textbook Board (PTB), Oxford, Gohar, Gohar Skill-Up book by book and day by day. For each class and subject, we assign the publisher you use.
Is our school's data kept separate?
Yes. Every school gets its own separate database. Your students, results and fees are never mixed with another school's.
Do WhatsApp messages cost anything?
No. Messages are sent with free click-to-send links from your own WhatsApp. The system writes the messages and removes duplicate numbers.
Can we bring our existing records?
Yes. Families, students, results and diaries can be imported when your school is set up.
